Victorian Freight and Logistics Industry COVID-19 Update (NNF 2020/166)

As you would be aware, yesterday the Victorian Premier announced an update to Coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions and a roadmap to reopening via safe, steady and sustainable steps.

It is important to note that International Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage are ancillary services for water freight transport (including ports and Tasmanian shipping lines), Air Freight Transport, Road Transport and Rail Transport.

As these transport services are permitted for on site work, where your activities are essential their ongoing operation, they are also permitted for on site work under a COVIDSafe Plan, however, any work that can be done at home, must be.
