In the event that a delegate returns a COVID positive result within 7 days of the event commencing and is able to provide supportive documentation
JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa will provide flexibility by providing a refund for that delegate.

If  a delegate requests to cancel their room prior to the 7 day mark all bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

If a delegate tests positive while they are in-house, the guest would not be permitted back at the event and would need to follow the Government mandated isolation period (7-days). If local, they would need to do this at home, if staying in-house they could do it in-room however we would be open to them moving to another accommodation if they were able to and preferred to. Please refer to the Queensland Government Health Website in relation to movement when a positive test is returned.
